I’m having trouble signing into my account, what should I do?

We are so sorry you are having trouble!

You can request a password reset by just clicking on “My Account”, then “Login” followed by “ Forgot your password”. From there, enter the email that you use to login to your account and click “Request Password Reset”. You will receive a link in your email. If you submit more than one request, only the most recent link will be active, so be sure to use the most recent email you receive.

How long does the delivery take?

We usually take 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped & delivered.

(some collections are made with an order by production, cause of the quality!)

What are my payment options?

We accept all the popular payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Bkash.

How to track my order?

You will receive an email from us after you have placed the order. You’ll get confirmation in your email when you purchase and we’ll let you know when your order is on the move. You will be able to track your order through our preferred shipping partner.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been dispatched from our wearhouse. Here you can contact with our support team.

Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?

After placing your order, you will soon receive a confirmation email. To guarantee that it arrives in your inbox, please add service@clothxtra.com to your contacts; otherwise, your confirmation email might be directed to your Junk/Spam folder. If you do not receive your order confirmation email, please reach out to us.

Can I make changes to my order? (e.G. Address)

Once you submit your order, we immediately begin processing it because we understand the urgency! However, this means that we cannot accommodate any modifications since it is already in progress at the warehouse (literally within seconds!). You may attempt to reach us through email or by phone, but please be aware that our business hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Therefore, you might need to place a new order or return any items you do not want.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

We apologize for the inconvenience of receiving an incorrect or defective item. To assist you in resolving this issue, please send us a message containing the following information:• Your name• Your order number• Product name and code (available on your order confirmation email)• A photo of the faulty or incorrect item

How do I use a promotional code?

Input your promotional code in the "Discount Code" field during checkout.

My promo code isn't working

Entered a promo code in the "coupon code box", clicked "use", but received an "invalid code" message? Check the helpful tips and FYIs below before reaching out:

• All codes come with an expiration date. Verify the email where you received the code to see how long you have to utilize it.

• Ensure there are no sale items in your cart. Codes cannot be applied to these.

• Confirm that you are entering the code in uppercase letters and without any spaces. This is crucial!

• Ensure you are not attempting to use more than one promo code for a single order.

• Verify that you have chosen the appropriate delivery method if your code offers a delivery discount.

• Some promotional codes are only valid for specific items. If you received your code via email, the complete details of the applicable items will be included.

• Items already on sale will not qualify for additional discounts through promo codes (unless stated otherwise).

• Most of our codes are for single use only, so if you have previously used the code and it now appears as invalid, please check the code's terms to confirm if it is indeed single use.

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

Our guarantee: Return or exchange within 15 days from delivery date.

Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received.

How long does it take to get the Refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow us 3-5 business days for your refund to process. Refund amount will be automatically debited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

What is your return policy?

RETURN POLICY FOR RETAIL ORDERS:

Products* can be returned within 15 days of purchase (or 30 days for gifts) if you are not completely satisfied. No questions asked! You just cover the cost of getting it back and we'll refund you when it arrives.

Please email service@clothxtra.com to arrange a return. If you received something damaged or in error, we will arrange for return shipping.

Can I return my order?

We request that all items be returned to us within 3 days of delivery of your order, in perfect salable condition with tags attached.

All items must be new, unused and returned in original Clothxtra packaging.Clothxtra can only accept returns on completed items. Please note, sets, multipacks etc. are considered as one and cannot be partially refunded.

To ensure we handle every return fairly, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items.Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 3-7 business days.

Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.

What exchange do you offer?

Although Clothxtra offers exchanges, these are limited to customers residing in Bangladesh only.Please note that exchange stock is not reserved. If Clothxtra sells the selected item a member of our Customer Care team will contact you with alternatives.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Clothxtra offers returns on every product.

Clothxtra can only accept returns on completed items. Please note that sets, multipacks etc. are considered as one and cannot be partially refunded.

Can I exchange an item?

We have partnered with Happy Returns, Exchange to enable fast, environmentally friendly returns in Bangladesh.

What is your refund policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at service@clothxtra.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return question at service@clothxtra.com.

 

Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable itemsCertain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off periodNotwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at care@clothxtra.com.
