Packages are shipped every weekday (Saturday to Friday).

After you place the order, you will receive a confirmation SMS to the Phone Number associated with your account.Once your order is sent, you will receive tracking information by SMS.If you need help tracking your package, contact the shipping company directly.
Standard shipping (via Pathao for Bangladesh or DHL for international shipments) generally takes 3 to 6 days to deliver
For Bangladesh:
- Inside Dhaka, the shipping charge and estimated time
- (Inside Dhaka Delivery Charge 80TK and delivery time (estimate - 5 days)
- Outside Dhaka shipping charge and estimated time
- (Outside Dhaka Delivery Charge 100TK and delivery time (estimate - 10 days)
For International:
- Outside Bangladesh, the shipping charge and estimated time
- (Outside Bangladesh Delivery Charge Estimate $20-$100 and delivery time (estimate - 7-10 days)
Easy Return
RETURN POLICY FOR RETAIL ORDERS:
Products* can be returned within 15 days of purchase (or 30 days for gifts) if you are not completely satisfied. No questions asked! You just cover the cost of getting it back and we'll refund you when it arrives.
Please email care@clothxtra.com to arrange a return. If you received something damaged or in error, we will arrange for return shipping.
Can I return my order?
We request that all items be returned to us within 3 days of delivery of your order, in perfect salable condition with tags attached.
All items must be new, unused and returned in original Clothxtra packaging.
Clothxtra can only accept returns on completed items. Please note, sets, multipacks etc. are considered as one and cannot be partially refunded.
To ensure we handle every return fairly, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 3-7 business days.
Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.
What exchange do you offer?
Although Clothxtra offers exchanges, these are limited to customers residing in Bangladesh only.
Please note that exchange stock is not reserved. If Clothxtra sells the selected item a member of our Customer Care team will contact you with alternatives.
