Return & Exchange Policy
RETURN POLICY FOR RETAIL ORDERS:
Products* can be returned within 15 days of purchase (or 30 days for gifts) if you are not completely satisfied. No questions asked! You just cover the cost of getting it back and we'll refund you when it arrives.
Please email care@clothxtra.com to arrange a return. If you received something damaged or in error, we will arrange for return shipping.
Can I return my order?
We request that all items be returned to us within 3 days of delivery of your order, in perfect salable condition with tags attached.
All items must be new, unused and returned in original Clothxtra packaging.
Clothxtra can only accept returns on completed items. Please note, sets, multipacks etc. are considered as one and cannot be partially refunded.
To ensure we handle every return fairly, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 3-7 business days.
Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.
What exchange do you offer?
Although Clothxtra offers exchanges, these are limited to customers residing in Bangladesh only.
Please note that exchange stock is not reserved. If Clothxtra sells the selected item a member of our Customer Care team will contact you with alternatives.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
