    Add Items to Your Cart:

    Shop as usual, adding products to your cart.

    Proceed to Checkout:

    When you reach the checkout page, look for an option to enter a gift card code. This is usually on the payment page, under "Payment Methods" or "Discount Codes."

    Enter the Gift Card Code:

    • If the exchange is possible, Clothxtra will typically provide the option to select the replacement item.

    E. Print the Return Label and Instructions

We do not share your information outside of our organization or sell it to third parties. Any information you provide to us will be held carefully.
    Payment methods and coupons
    We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit and debit cards. You can also use Cash on Delivery, Bkash to complete the payment. Coupons of any kind cannot be used to redeem gift cards, even if the order has been completed. We will contact you in return.

    Shipping Policy

    Shipping and delivery times:
    Standard shipping (via Pathao for Bangladesh or DHL for international shipments) generally takes 3 to 6 days to deliver

    For Bangladesh:

    • Inside Dhaka, the shipping charge and estimated time
    • (Inside Dhaka Delivery Charge 80TK and delivery time (estimate - 5 days)

    • Outside Dhaka shipping charge and estimated time
    • (Outside Dhaka Delivery Charge 100TK and delivery time (estimate - 10 days)

    For International:

    • Outside Bangladesh, the shipping charge and estimated time
    • (Outside Bangladesh Delivery Charge Estimate $20-$100 and delivery time (estimate - 7-10 days)
    Shipping Time
    Packages are shipped every weekday (Saturday to Friday).
    State of order:
    After you place the order, you will receive a confirmation SMS to the Phone Number associated with your account.

    Once your order is sent, you will receive tracking information by SMS.
