3 for 2 Promotional Offer - Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the "4 for 3" promotional offer ("Offer") from Clothxtra.com, available in-store and online at our website. By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Promoter

The promoter is Clothxtra.com, with a registered office at Bashundhara Corporate Office.

2. Promotional Period

The Offer will run from 00:01 on Tuesday, 1st November 2025 until 23:59 on Monday, 10th November 2025, inclusive ("Promotional Period").

3. The Offer

3.1. Purchase any three items in a single transaction during the Promotional Period and receive the cheapest of the three items free of charge.

3.2. The discount is applied automatically at the checkout online or at the till point in-store. No promotional code is required.

3.3. The Offer can be used multiple times in a single transaction. For example, if you purchase six qualifying items, the two cheapest items in that transaction will be free. If you purchase nine items, the three cheapest will be free, and so on.

4. Eligibility

4.1. The Offer is valid on all products sold by Clothxtra.com, with no exclusions. This includes sale and clearance items.

4.2. The Offer is open to all customers, with no geographical restrictions for online orders.

4.3. This Offer is subject to stock availability.

5. Combining Offers

This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, voucher, or promotional offer.

6. Special Returns & Exchanges Policy for this Offer

Our standard returns policy is modified by the following terms for any items purchased as part of this Offer:

Returning All Items from the Offer: If you return all three items purchased as part of a single 4-for-3 deal, you will be refunded the total amount you paid for the transaction.

Returning the Free Item: If you choose to return the item that you received for free, no refund will be issued as you were not charged for this item.

Returning One or More of the Paid Items: If you return one or more of the paid-for items from the Offer, you will no longer be eligible for the promotional discount on those items. Your refund will be calculated as the price you paid for the returned item(s) minus the value of the free item you received.

Example: You purchase three items:

• Item A: ৳300
  
  
• Item B: ৳250
  
  
• Item C: ৳200
  
  
• Item D: 100
  
  
• Item D is free. You pay a total of ৳750.
  
  
• You later decide to return Item A (৳300).
  
  
• The refund will be ৳300 (price of Item A) - ৳100 (value of the free item) = ৳200.
  
  

Exchanges: You may exchange any item purchased as part of the Offer.

• If you exchange for an item of the same price, no additional payment or refund is necessary.
• If you exchange for a more expensive item, you will be required to pay the difference in price.
• If you exchange for a less expensive item, you will be refunded the difference in price.
• Exchanging an item does not void the promotional offer on the remaining items in your original purchase.
  
  

7. General Conditions

No cash or credit alternative is available for this Offer.

Clothxtra.com reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the Offer at any time, without prior notice, if circumstances make this unavoidable.

The decision of Clothxtra.com in all matters relating to this promotion is final and binding.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
