PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
What are Pre-orders?
Pre-orders allow you to purchase new items in advance, ensuring you secure them before they sell out when they arrive on our website. Each item or collection available for pre-order will have its own estimated shipping date. While we strive to keep our site updated with any changes, these dates are not guaranteed.
PLEASE NOTE: PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT CURRENTLY IN STOCK, AND YOU CAN EXPECT TO RECEIVE THEM IN ABOUT 2 WEEKS.
BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER, PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
1. Payment is required at checkout for all pre-orders.
2. Due to the nature of pre-order items, cancellations are not permitted. Once you submit and pay for your “Order Form,” it cannot be canceled or exchanged. All pre-orders are considered final sales.
3. We cannot provide a specific shipping date, so we cannot guarantee that products will be shipped within 2 weeks. Orders will be shipped as soon as they become available.
4. Occasionally, items may arrive later than 2 weeks due to various factors, such as customs delays.
5. Please refrain from ordering if you cannot wait for the items.
6. If you order both in-stock and pre-ordered items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-ordered items are available.
7. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
8. Pre-orders are non-transferable. All orders will be shipped directly to the person and address specified in the order form. We cannot accommodate requests for changes to protect our customers' privacy and security.
1. Once your products arrive and are checked in by our team, you will receive a notification through email and our social media channels. We will promptly pack all your orders within the next 24 hours and arrange for shipment. If any items are lost during transit, we will fully refund your payment and provide a discount on your next purchase with us.
RETURNING YOUR PRE-ORDER
After your item has been delivered to your designated address, you can return it for a full refund within 7 days, in accordance with our Shipping & Return Policy.
How long will it take to ship out my pre-order?
As soon as the item is in our warehouse, we will ship your order within two days.
What causes delays?
Our collection features exclusive items, which means the manufacturing process involves multiple steps. While we strive for a smooth production flow, occasional errors can happen.
In the rare case of a delay, our Customer Care team will reach out to you as soon as possible.
