Gift Card Terms Conditions

Gift Cards can be redeemed online at www.clothxtra.com.

They are intended solely for purchasing merchandise, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless mandated by applicable law. Gift Cards do not have an expiration date and are free from any fees.

Additionally, Gift Cards cannot be utilized to buy other Gift Cards or in any manner that contravenes these Terms or applicable law.

Treat your Gift Card as you would cash. The responsibility for any loss of Gift Cards transfers to the recipient at the time of purchase. Clothxtra is not liable for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization. Clothxtra will not issue replacements for lost or stolen Gift Cards.

Clothxtra retains the right to modify these Terms at any time at its discretion. These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of California and supplemented by the laws of the state where the Gift Card was purchased.
